Tom Flickinger is the founder of Summit Law and brings nearly 25 years of legal experience to each client relationship. His practice spans business law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate - a breadth of expertise that allows him to provide practical, integrated counsel to individuals and businesses alike.

Today, Tom works alongside fellow attorneys Pat Esch and Miles Murphy as Summit Law continues to grow its ability to serve individuals, families, and businesses across a broader range of legal needs.

Tom takes pride in crafting thoughtful, tailored solutions to his clients’ legal challenges. His greatest satisfaction comes from helping clients protect their families, preserve what they have worked hard to achieve, and obtain peace of mind for their future.

Tom has studied at Ave Maria School of Law, Franciscan University, the University of Notre Dame, and West Catholic High School.

A lifelong resident of Grand Rapids, Tom is deeply rooted in the West Michigan community. Outside the office, he cherishes time with his wife and four children - most often found on the ski slopes.
